You will work closely with clients, insurance companies and colleagues, helping to ensure claims are processed accurately, accounts are reconciled promptly and our clients receive a professional and supportive service.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their workload, use their initiative and become a valued member of our friendly and forward-thinking team.
Ideally, you will be a qualified RVN or have relevant experience in veterinary insurance administration, with a good understanding of insurance claims processes.
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a professional and positive approach in a busy working environment.
If you have experience in a similar role, together with drive, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering high standards, we would love to hear from you.
The salary offered will be dependent on your experience, qualifications and skills.
