• Creating and maintaining relevant insurance training materials for use across the practices.
• Providing cover for team members during periods of absence and annual leave.
• Maintaining and developing your professional knowledge through Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Undertaking any training required to support you effectively in your role.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using Google Docs would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The confidence and ability to manage challenging customer conversations professionally.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to adapt quickly, make effective and timely decisions, and respond positively to change.
• A strong focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
Personal Qualities
We operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, so you will need to be:
• Friendly, approachable and professional.
• Highly organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond positively to changing priorities.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take ownership, use initiative and find effective solutions to challenges.
• Accountable for your own work and committed to delivering high standards.
• A supportive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Calm, patient and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
• Committed to providing a high-quality service to clients, colleagues and insurance providers.
